Game-Based Learning: Where to Start

Below is a playlist that I have created on mentormob to help with what can seem to be a daunting task to take on if you are unfamiliar with video games, in general. Many teachers are skeptical to incorporating video games into their curriculum. This playlist features videos and articles that will convince you that, if done in the correct way, game-based learning can truly benefit our students. I also feel like the engagement of our students will immediately be improved because they are so into the games! While there is not a video game for EVERY lesson, I would suggest researching the games available and incorporating them so that our students can learn practical life lessons they will need in the future!
